-196°C low-temperature regulating valve (special valve for liquid nitrogen/liquid oxygen)

Ultra-low temperature regulating valve, the BAHE low-temperature valve is a single-valve-port ball-type straight-through valve. The valve is made of stainless steel structural material and has a welded extended valve cover. These low-temperature valves are specifically designed to provide throttling or switching control for liquids and gases in environments with temperatures as low as -196°C (-325°F). According to requirements, the low-temperature valve offers reliable tight shut-off or regulation, suitable for special applications in the chemical and hydrocarbon processing industries, such as certain liquefied natural gas application fields.

Design features

● The low-temperature packing system enhances the valve stem seal, which helps prevent the leakage of process fluids. 

● The stainless steel material, professional sealing and extended valve cover design are used to meet the low-temperature requirements. 

● The metal sealing valve seats we design and manufacture can provide long-lasting, reliable and tight shut-off performance in both room temperature and low-temperature environments, without the need for regular grinding. 

● The sturdy valve cage guide ensures the stability of the valve plug, reducing vibration and mechanical noise. 

● The balance valve plug enables the use of smaller and less costly BAHE membrane actuators. 

● Using standard flow-limiting valve components or reducing the valve plug can meet the requirements for low flow rates. 

● During the design and development phase, the valve underwent comprehensive low-temperature tests. As a result, for most applications, expensive low-temperature tests are not necessary, enabling rapid deployment and usage, and generating greater value.
