LNG can be used for residential gas supply and power generation, such as combustion power generation and cold energy power generation; it can also be used as a fuel for vehicles, with advantages like high octane value and good anti-explosion performance; it can also be used as a chemical raw material, for manufacturing fertilizers, methanol solvents and synthetic acetic acid and other chemical products; ethane and propane can be cracked to produce plastic raw materials such as ethylene and propylene.
