A top-guided multi-hole cage-type regulating valve, featuring cage-type sleeve guidance and pressure-balanced valve core. It is a high-performance regulating valve with good dynamic stability, suitable for harsh working conditions. It has the characteristics of stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, accurate flow characteristics, and low noise. It is particularly suitable for working environments where leakage is allowed to be small, noise is required to be low, and the pressure difference before and after the valve is large. When the working pressure difference is large, the flow velocity of the medium is fast, which simultaneously causes severe erosion and damage to the valve internals and generates a lot of noise. Therefore, we changed the window-type standard sleeve to a multi-hole sleeve. For liquid media, the general flow direction is from the top of the valve to the bottom. Through the multi-hole throttling, the medium collides inside the sleeve, consuming internal energy and reducing the flow velocity. For gas media, a low-inlet and high-outlet method is generally used, causing the gas medium to undergo throttling through the multi-hole sleeve, resulting in a volume expansion behind the valve seat, thereby reducing the medium pressure and lowering the flow velocity.
