Self-operated regulating valve with a pilot device

The pressure regulating valve with a pilot device is mainly used for maintaining a constant nitrogen pressure at the top of the storage tank to protect the materials inside the tank from being nitrogenized and to ensure the safety of the storage tank. The pilot-operated pressure regulating valve consists of two parts: the ZZDQ quick relief valve and the ZZV self-operated micro-pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve is composed of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K single-seat shut-off valve. When the pressure inside the storage tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve opens rapidly to release the excess pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the tank decreases, the micro-pressure regulating valve opens the valve to charge nitrogen into the tank. Since the micro-pressure regulating valve must be used under a pressure of 0.1 Mpa or below, and the on-site pressure is relatively high, a ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure of the pressure regulating valve to below 0.1 Mpa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1 Mpa, and the pressure can be set in segments from 0.5 Kpa to 66 Kpa. The medium temperature is ≤ 80℃.

Design features

● No additional energy is required. It can operate in situations without electricity or gas, which is both convenient and energy-saving. 

● The nitrogen sealing device supplies nitrogen and the nitrogen pressure release setting is convenient. It can be operated under the condition of continuous production. 

● The pressure detection diaphragm has a large effective area, with a small setting spring stiffness and high sensitivity. 

● Adopting a filler-free design, the valve stem experiences less friction, reacts quickly, and has high control accuracy. 

● The nitrogen supply device is operated by a regulator, with a pressure reduction ratio of up to 100:1. The pressure reduction effect is excellent and the accuracy is high. 

● To ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve needs to be installed on the top of the tank. 

● The breathing valve plays a safety role and eliminates the defect of frequent opening and closing in conventional nitrogen sealing devices, which is prone to damage.
