Top-mounted directional sleeve control valve

This valve adopts a sleeve-guided and pressure-balanced valve core. Compared with a single-seat valve, this regulating valve has a sleeve double-sealing structure and is mainly applied in scenarios where leakage requirements are not high. Because it is a double-sealing structure with both sealing surfaces being metal seals, its temperature range is wider. The valve core utilizes a pressure-balanced structure, with a small opening force. A relatively small actuating mechanism thrust can control the working condition of high-pressure differences. It is widely used in fluid control of medium and low temperature, medium and low pressure pipelines that require good dynamic stability. It has good sealing performance and a large allowable pressure difference. The sleeve is guided, with a large guiding area, good stability, and a compact structure. It can be quickly replaced with valve internals online, with high maintenance efficiency, saving manpower and time. The balanced valve core structure ensures the minimum required actuating mechanism thrust.
