A high-reliability, precise and intelligent top-guided single-seat regulating valve adopts a top-guided unbalanced structure. It features high stiffness, heavy load capacity, S-shaped flow channel, low pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and high flow characteristic accuracy. This regulating valve is suitable for applications with small pressure differences and offers tight closure. It is also suitable for regulating the flow or pressure of the medium.
This valve seat adopts a threaded insertion structure, featuring high reliability and convenient maintenance in the later stage. It overcomes the difficulty of traditional valve seat structure where leakage makes replacement impossible. It extends the service life. With a flow-opening design, the medium flows in the direction of valve opening, and the controllability of small opening degree is good, with small distortion of flow characteristics.
