The valve body of our high-performance wafer ball valve is shorter than that of the common flanged ball valve, making it suitable for scenarios where there are a large number of valves in the same pipeline in factories. The ball has a 90-degree rotational movement, with a circular hole through the axis. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should present a spherical surface at both the inlet and outlet, thereby blocking the flow. Conversely, it presents a circular hole, allowing the medium to pass through. The inner cavity of the full-diameter ball provides a flow path with very little resistance and direct flow. The actuator rotating 90 degrees can make the ball valve close tightly. The direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the probability of failure.
