The valve seat of our high-performance sealed butterfly valve is made of PTFE material. It is mainly suitable for gas, liquid, and steam transportation, as well as for process media with high requirements for valve lifespan. The normal service life can reach millions of times. The outside of the valve seat is an adjustable insert. The tighter the flange clamp and the greater the pressure, the better the sealing performance. Replacing the valve seat is convenient and simple. Just remove the insert to take out the valve seat, without the need to disassemble the valve plate and the valve shaft.
