The Z43H, Z43Y, and Z43F flat gate valves are suitable for use in gas transmission pipelines, oil pipelines, chemical pipelines, environmental protection pipelines, urban pipelines, gas pipelines, venting systems, and gas storage devices, serving as opening and closing equipment. The Z43 type single gate plate flat gate valve with a guide hole is suitable for long-distance pipelines in natural gas extraction and purification.
● The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic with preload, and the sealing structure of the upstream and downstream seat at the same time. The valve seat and the sealing element always maintain face-to-face sealing.
● The valve seat has self-cleaning function and is not directly washed by the air flow during the opening or closing of the flat gate valve. The valve seat should be made of a lubricated and non-abrasive material.
● The malfunction of the valve actuator will not affect the other parts of the valve. Maintenance and replacement can be carried out without removing the valve.
● Yoke sleeve: The aluminum bronze yoke sleeve is equipped with needle-shaped thrust bearings, which significantly reduces the operating torque.
● Valve stem: Threaded length extends to the bracket; pins and spot welding; stable in operation.
● Pressure Sealing: The structure is simple. It is equipped with segmented retaining rings and silver-plated low-carbon steel gaskets, which facilitate disassembly and achieve valve cap sealing.
● Valve seat ring: The welded valve seat ring is perpendicular to the flow channel, making it easy to maintain.
● Actuators: These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. For sizes below DN300, standard handwheels are used; for sizes above DN350, helical gear operating mechanisms are employed.
● Yoke frame: The fully assembled yoke frame has passed the seismic test and is easy to maintain and install the actuator.
● Cap: Two-piece design, self-adjusting cap to prevent it from being ejected.
● Overall rear seat: Hard surface, extended service life.
● Valve disc: The spring-loaded valve disc can adjust itself, reducing the torque requirement of the actuator.
● Overall locking: The overall cast frame locking mechanism, along with the pre-assembled frame valve disc, ensures a more stable and reliable valve seat.
