Our swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure. All the opening and closing components of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the middle flange part which uses sealing gaskets and sealing rings, there are no external leakage points throughout the valve body, completely eliminating the possibility of external leakage. The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc of the swing single-leaf check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, which gives the valve disc a certain degree of freedom within 360 degrees and provides appropriate micro-position compensation. The flange swing single-leaf check valve has been widely applied in various fields such as chemical industry, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals.
The valve disc is disc-shaped and rotates around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel. Due to the streamlined design of the valve's internal passage, the flow resistance is lower than that of the lift type check valve. It is suitable for large-diameter applications with low flow rates and stable flow conditions, but is not suitable for pulsating flow. Its sealing performance is inferior to that of the lift type. The swing check valve is divided into single-disc type, double-disc type and semi-dual-disc type. These three forms are mainly classified according to the valve opening diameter, with the purpose of preventing water hammer when the medium stops flowing or flows in reverse, and to prevent damage to the valve.
