The valve body of our high-performance wafer ball valve is shorter than that of the common flanged ball valve, making it suitable for scenarios where there are a large number of valves in the same pipeline in factories. The ball has a 90-degree rotational movement, with a circular hole through the axis. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should present a spherical surface at both the inlet and outlet, thereby blocking the flow. Conversely, it presents a circular hole, allowing the medium to pass through. The inner cavity of the full-diameter ball provides a flow path with very little resistance and direct flow. The 90-degree rotation of the actuator enables the ball valve to close tightly. The direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the probability of failure.
