Forged steel globe valve is a commonly used cut-off valve, mainly used to connect or truncate the medium in the pipeline, generally not used to regulate the flow. They are generally not used for regulating flow. The stop valves have a wide range of applicable pressure and temperature conditions. This valve is suitable for small-diameter pipelines. The sealing surfaces are not prone to wear or scratches, the sealing performance is good, the valve disc stroke during opening and closing is small, the opening and closing time is short, and the valve height is relatively small.

● The sealing surface is made of alloy steel or hard alloy, and the sealing materials are paired reasonably, and the service life is long.
● The valve disc is conical, and the valve stem is equipped with reverse sealing, ensuring good sealing performance. The surface of the valve stem has been nitrided, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and friction resistance. The packing material is flexible graphite, ensuring reliable sealing, flexible operation, and low opening and closing torque.
● Various pipe connection standards and forms (such as socket welding, butt welding, and threaded connection) can be selected.
● The design standards adopted are ASME B 16.34 and BS 5352;
● The structural length standard adopts ASME B16.10;
● The connection flange adopts ASME B16.5;
● The threaded end adopts ASME B1.20.1 standard;
● The socket-weld joints adopt ASME B 16.5 and ASME B16.11 standards.
● The testing and inspection standards adopted are API 598 and BS 6755.
