The closure of our plunger valve is composed of a stainless steel plunger, two elastic sealing rings on the top and bottom, and a metal frame. The sealing effect is achieved through the close fit between the plunger and the sealing rings. The plunger is inserted into the two sealing rings, and the sealing area is much larger than that of a common stop valve. When opening or closing the plunger valve, the plunger moves slowly within the sealing rings, and the contact surface hardly wears out. When closing, the plunger is inserted into the lower sealing ring, cutting off the flow path; when opening, although the plunger is detached from the lower sealing ring, it still remains inside the upper sealing ring, maintaining isolation from the outside and preventing leakage.
● The valve body has a barrel-shaped or streamlined appearance, which is aesthetically pleasing. The flow shape is a straight-through type. The fluid resistance is low.
● The sealing surfaces of the closing element (gate) and the valve seat adopt conical sealing, resulting in low closing force, excellent resistance to erosion, and reliable sealing.
● The valve seat can be a replaceable type. It can be freely combined with the sealing surface material to achieve the required working conditions and extend the service life.
● The large-diameter, high-pressure stop valve adopts the lifting rod for the valve stem transmission method according to the requirements of the closing force. It is also equipped with a rolling bearing type handwheel that uses the impact method to reduce the closing force.
● The materials of the main body, inner components, fillers, and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to the user's requirements or actual working conditions.
