Our lift type check valve is suitable for various pressure, temperature and medium conditions of medium-sized and small-diameter pipelines as a device for controlling the opening or closing of the pipeline medium; it automatically prevents the backflow of fluid by relying on the self-weight of the valve disc and the pressure difference of the fluid.
A check valve where the valve disc slides along the vertical center line of the valve body is a lift type check valve. The lift type check valve can only be installed on a horizontal pipeline. On high-pressure small-diameter check valves, the valve disc can be made of a spherical shape. The valve body shape of the lift type check valve is the same as that of a globe valve (and can be used interchangeably with a globe valve), so its fluid resistance coefficient is relatively large. Its structure is similar to that of a globe valve, with the valve body and valve disc being the same as those of a globe valve. The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are machined with guide sleeves, and the valve disc guide sleeve can freely rise and fall within the valve seat guide sleeve. When the medium flows in the same direction, the valve disc opens by the medium thrust. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc falls freely by gravity onto the valve seat to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. The inlet and outlet channels of the medium for the straight-through lift type check valve are perpendicular to the valve seat channel direction; for the vertical lift type check valve, the inlet and outlet channels of the medium are the same as the valve seat channel direction, and its flow resistance is smaller than that of the straight-through type.
